Returns 

We do not offer returns on any of our products as they are made to order, unless they qualify as damaged, or in a very rare case a mistake has been made at our end.

Cancellation Terms

• Cancellation Requests: To cancel your order, please contact us directly via [getwellplatedenquiries@outlook.com or 07475520310] as soon as possible.
• Refund Eligibility:
  • Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours: If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, you will receive a partial refund. Please note that a £5 penalty per number plate will be deducted from your refund.
  • Cancellations After 24 Hours: Unfortunately, cancellations made after 24 hours are not eligible for a refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Refunds

If your item has arrived to you and it is either wrong due to our mistake, or arrives damaged, you are entitled to a full refund which must be claimed within 14 days with proof of the issue.
